Job Description

Our entertainment client in Los Angeles is looking for a growth-driven, Partner Marketing Manager (LATAM) to shape and scale partner marketing initiatives across Latin America. This role sits at the intersection of content, media partnerships, and integrated marketing, working closely with regional partners to create compelling co-marketing programs that resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences. This is a temporary/contract role and is hybrid (2x per week in West LA). You’ll play a key role in translating business objectives into high-impact partner campaigns; owning everything from strategy and creative development to execution and optimization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, navigating ambiguity and turning collaboration into results.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for LATAM media and content partners, strengthening relationships and unlocking new collaboration opportunities
  • Design and deliver end-to-end co-marketing programs across multiple channels, including television, digital, social and influencer-led initiatives
  • Drive campaign strategy, positioning and storytelling in close partnership with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent messaging across markets
  • Evaluate campaign performance, share insights and apply learnings to improve future initiatives
  • Advocate for partner priorities while balancing brand, legal and content considerations
  • Identify new ways to expand partnerships that fuel audience engagement and long-term growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in LATAM and/or Hispanic marketing, partner marketing or advertising
  • Native fluency in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute at a tactical level
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience leading agencies and collaborating across diverse teams
  • Comfort presenting ideas and results to senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
