Job Description:

The Marketing Lead will be part of the Client Organization within US Personal Banking supporting Citi Retail Services business. This role manages 43 million customer accounts via partnerships with industry retailers including Sears, Macy's, The Home Depot and Best Buy, delivering industry-leading products and payment solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and optimize marketing strategies to drive acquisitions, spend and loyalty
Serve as key member of marketing team providing thought leadership
Develop Marketing Strategies and partner POVs to drive value across portfolios
Uncover more value and optimize existing programs
Develop annual marketing plan inclusive of budgets and resource needs
Lead internal/external meetings and drive alignment
Support controls framework

Requirements:

10+ years' experience in Marketing within the financial services
Exceptional communicator with focus on action and problem solving
Proven ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams
Ability to create partnerships and influence teams
Thoughtful and intellectually curious with growth mindset
Consumer-oriented and passionate about marketing
Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred

Nice to have:
