Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events from contract signing to final closing
Main point of contact between all stakeholders
Manage other departments tasks to ensure delivery on time and in form
Communicate product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ
Work with product/engineering to deliver on requirements
Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support
Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation
On-site presence may be required during event launch or important dates
Requirements:
Degree qualified
Project management background
2+ years in a project management role or consulting background
Fluent English
Huge appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly
Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
Solution-focused
Strong communication skills
Proven track record of building positive working relationships
Highly organized and efficient
Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent
Ability to think strategically
Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks
