Job Description

Partner Manager role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role involves managing the life cycle of major events, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders, and coordinating internal teams to deliver successful experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events from contract signing to final closing
  • Main point of contact between all stakeholders
  • Manage other departments tasks to ensure delivery on time and in form
  • Communicate product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ
  • Work with product/engineering to deliver on requirements
  • Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support
  • Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation
  • On-site presence may be required during event launch or important dates
