Job Description

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! Figma’s Business Development & Partnerships team accelerates our company goals by working with partners to enhance product experiences, expand our ecosystem, and drive user and revenue growth. As Figma’s product portfolio and user base continue to evolve, the team plays a critical role in connecting our platform to a broader network of builders, developers, and solution partners. As a Scaled Partner Manager, you’ll help shape how Figma engages and supports our growing community of technology partners. You’ll manage relationships with dozens of partners through scalable programs, that you help to define, that connect them with the right internal teams, spanning product, marketing, enablement, and operations, to ensure a seamless experience. This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale a program that fuels innovation across Figma’s ecosystem. You’ll collaborate extensively with partners and cross-functionally with teams at Figma to drive meaningful impact for Figma, our partners, and users—helping shape how millions of people experience and extend Figma’s platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and support a portfolio of ~50 technology partners through scalable engagement programs

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in partnerships, ecosystem programs, partner enablement, or a technical, customer facing role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to focus on operational excellence

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting developer or technology partner ecosystems
  • A background or passion for design tools, developer platforms, or SaaS ecosystems
  • Prior experience managing communications or enablement at scale

  • Parental leave & reproductive or family planning support
  • Mental health & wellness benefits
  • Generous PTO
  • Company recharge days
  • Learning & development stipend
  • Work from home stipend

  • 5+ years in product partnerships—working alongside Product and Engineering to identify, close, and integrate partners into a platform. Ideally in e-commerce, cross-border, payments, fintech, or fast-moving tech
  • A track record of owning live, revenue-generating partnerships end-to-end—not just sourcing
  • Commercial negotiation experience, grounded in product fluency rather than pure deal-making

Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • Own live partnerships end-to-end. Run the day-to-day relationship with our partners—from product workstream coordination and escalation routing through commercial growth—across partners at different stages: one live and scaling, one mid-formalization, one early in the pipeline, all at once
  • Co-define integration scope with Product and Engineering. Shape integration requirements with partners, pressure-test them against platform constraints, and shepherd workstreams from scoping through launch
  • Lead commercial negotiations. Structure and iterate commercial terms, with leverage that comes from understanding what each side is building, not just deal mechanics
  • Drive formalization and growth. Move partnerships from pending commercial terms to signed agreements, then grow them—including enterprise GTM and co-sell motions with partners operating at real global scale
  • Manage stakeholders across the board. Work as a peer to Product and Engineering, and coordinate across Legal, Finance, internal tax/compliance specialists, and exec-level partner counterparts
  • Protect merchant and partner trust. Be the active owner for high-touch partners and the escalation path for merchants ramping on these integrations
  • Shape what comes next. Help define how Shopify expands into new markets and which partners power that expansion—including developing additional cross-border partners across the ecosystem
