This role will act as a legal subject matter expert across our most strategic programs, including Harvey for Law Schools, product partners, data partners, and go-to-market partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure partners are enabled on the latest Harvey product roadmap and functionality, utilizing legal subject matter expertise to find creative solutions to partner problems
  • Help define the strategic partnerships roadmap, with input from our customer base, partners, and your legal experience
  • Stand up and/or deepen new partnerships initiatives, such as our law school student ambassador program and supporting faculty embeds in their courses, in close collaboration with the partnerships team
  • Coordinate across Harvey teams including Sales, Solution Engineering, Enablement, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure partner needs are met and internal alignment is maintained
  • Identify and solve gaps in partnership strategy and execution, with input from our customer base, partners, and your legal experience

Requirements

  • JD or equivalent experience in a legal education setting
  • Ideally 2+ professional experience in an operating role
  • Proven ability to develop strong executive relationships within complex organizations
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to track multiple work streams and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment
