We are hiring a legal expert and business athlete to scale our strategic partnership initiatives. This role will act as a legal subject matter expert across our most strategic programs, including Harvey for Law Schools, product partners, data partners, and go-to-market partners.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure partners are enabled on the latest Harvey product roadmap and functionality, utilizing legal subject matter expertise to find creative solutions to partner problems
Help define the strategic partnerships roadmap, with input from our customer base, partners, and your legal experience
Stand up and/or deepen new partnerships initiatives, such as our law school student ambassador program and supporting faculty embeds in their courses, in close collaboration with the partnerships team
Coordinate across Harvey teams including Sales, Solution Engineering, Enablement, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure partner needs are met and internal alignment is maintained
Identify and solve gaps in partnership strategy and execution, with input from our customer base, partners, and your legal experience
Requirements:
JD or equivalent experience in a legal education setting
Ideally 2+ professional experience in an operating role
Proven ability to develop strong executive relationships within complex organizations
Strong program management skills with the ability to track multiple work streams and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—can influence without authority and drive urgency with empathy
Ability to craft and develop novel legal solutions for partner programs
