Job Description

Meta is seeking an experienced Partner Manager who will serve as a critical partner to government, politics, and nonprofit partners utilizing our commercial products to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. In this role you will establish and strengthen key client relationships by providing advertiser education and satisfaction. A successful Partner Manager is a detailed oriented, client focused partner with great communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams. The role will be based in Paris supporting government, political and nonprofit (G/P/N) partners across France

Job Responsibility

  • Establish relationships and manage existing relationships across G/P/N advertising ecosystem (institutions, government entities, political candidates, agencies, etc.), and build trust and credibility of Meta and its suite of products
  • Understand key decision makers and influencers and their organization's business objectives, establish and maintain actionable relationship maps
  • Demonstrate value of Meta products as a key driver for civic engagement, inform partners of new processes and products and provides Meta best practices specific to G/P/N partners
  • Ensure best in class service and support to G/P/N partners in the market
  • Develop and implement creative solutions that align Meta's approach to G/P/N advertisers, with the partners’ needs
  • Collaborate with many group of internal cross-functional teams (scaled execution team, sales operations, policy teams), ensure the team is delivering on expectations, and facilitate escalations internally
  • Manage complex work streams
  • Navigate new challenges and situations
  • Lead agency / partner / industry training to educate on paid and organic products
  • Serve as external product consultant to education partners and agencies
  • Oversee internal account operations and partner with Scaled Execution / Media Ops team to drive best in class service solutions for G/P/N vertical
  • Capture / Identify product and innovation needs based on client / industry feedback
  • Identify relevant industry trends relevant to G/P/N
  • Synthesize data and insights for internal and external audiences

Requirements

  • +5 years’ experience in a client-service role interfacing with partners/clients
  • Experience introducing new products processes and systems to partners
  • Experience working with Government/Policy organizations
  • English and French languages (spoken and written) are required

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
