Job Description:

Xometry's Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the manufacturing industry. You'll be at the forefront of driving partner performance and strategy through providing analysis and cross functional work relating to our partner network.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support partner relationships: Assist with onboarding, communication, and day-to-day support of Xometry’s manufacturing partners to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Data tracking & analysis: Help monitor partner performance metrics such as quality, lead time, and capacity, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement
  • Cross-functional coordination: Work with supply chain, quality, and operations teams to help resolve issues, document processes, and strengthen partner engagement

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, with a minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 8 - August 14, 2026)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results
  • Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
  • Ability to commute to our Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week
