Job Description:

An established multi-disciplinary building consultancy is seeking an experienced Partner-level building surveyor to join their Leeds team. They work on a wide range of projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, government, and historic sectors, including high-value refurbishments and national portfolios.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage a team of Building Surveyors, including mentoring and development
  • Oversee client projects, covering contract administration, refurbishment, and professional duties
  • Provide technical advice on planning, building condition surveys, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance
  • Support business growth through client management and professional engagement

Requirements:

  • MRICS Chartered with a proven consultancy background
  • Experience managing teams and high-value projects
  • Strong client management, reporting, and commercial awareness
  • Confident and adaptable across a wide range of building surveying disciplines
