A highly skilled and experienced Partner Delivery Manager to oversee and manage our subcontracted onsite tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing delivery metrics, negotiating with partners, managing delivery performance, and conducting partner audits. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to ensure high-quality delivery standards and seamless collaboration with our partners.
Job Responsibility:
Delivery Metrics Design: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to monitor and improve partner delivery performance
Partner Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, cost efficiency, and service excellence
Delivery Performance Management: Oversee partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions to ensure optimal service delivery
Partner Audits: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align delivery expectations and business goals
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights on partner performance, highlighting key trends and improvement areas
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder (technical field) with 6-8 years working experience in related fields desired
Strong understanding of delivery operations, subcontracting models, and partner management
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to design and interpret performance metrics
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
Some in-depth knowledge of corporate organization and policies
Business, technical, or functional knowledge at the mastery level plus administrative or operations knowledge
Experienced knowledge of change management process and tools in complex environment
