Meta Reality Labs is looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of Partner Enablement Manager for Mexico retail. This experienced executive will be responsible for and manage marketing operations including budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals. This exciting and crucial role will be responsible for driving and delivering our go-to-channel strategy with Mexican retail partners.
Job Responsibility:
Developing, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal Partner Enablement, Channel Services, Retail Creative and Marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goals
Leading, applying and executing Meta RL Partner Enablement strategy directly with retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicators
Providing oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
Taking a broad perspective while examining campaigns and projects
assessing problems & making decisions based on relevant information, including identifying and spotting less obvious solutions- creatively
Influencing key business decisions and outcomes within cross-functional and organizational settings
Managing, measuring and optimizing marketing programs that drive results and improve efficiency
Providing point-of-contact for Meta RL Marketing in relation to accounts managed
Completing and examining campaigns and projects
assessing problems and making decisions based on relevant information - including new or less-obvious solutions
Providing active input during Partner Enablement goal creation process
Influencing retail Partner Enablement team and accounts they support
Building and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships while networking internally and externally with retailer marketing counterparts
Participating actively in interviewing and onboarding of new employees
Requirements:
7+ years experience in a Retail leadership Partner Enablement role with a top tier consumer technology brand
7+ years experience in building go-to-market strategy, planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels while managing large Partner Enablement budgets
7+ years experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs (CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS)
Demonstrable experience developing and executing digital currency programs and initiatives with a leading technology brand
Experience with working with visual merchandising and field services programs
Demonstrated experience and clear understanding of how retailers like Amazon Mexico, Liverpool, Mercado libre or Palacio De Hierro measure and manage their businesses (GMROI, inventory turns)
Demonstrable presentation skills required—both in person and through developing written content
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar

Global retail experience (outside of the US)
People management experience
Experience planning and managing cross-functional partner events with retailers
Experience with a challenger/new business technology that may have changed the way people connect, work and socialize e.g. Uber, Stripe, Apple, etc
