Job Description

The Partner Enablement Lead will own the strategy, design, and execution of global partner capability development initiatives. The role will focus on accelerating partner readiness, technical proficiency, and go-to-market collaboration to ensure partners can independently deliver high-impact automation and AI solutions on the EIQ platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and execute scalable global partner onboarding, enablement, and certification frameworks tailored to different partner tiers and solution domains
  • Develop comprehensive partner learning paths, including technical labs, use-case playbooks, AI solution blueprints, and best-practice acceleration kits
  • Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, and Solution Consulting teams to ensure partner programs reflect current platform capabilities and product roadmap
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to design joint go-to-market enablement materials, case studies, and co-delivery models
  • Establish mechanisms to measure and improve partner readiness, solution adoption, certification rates, and enablement ROI through defined success metrics
  • Act as a strategic advisor to top-tier partners, helping shape their EIQ practice development, capability expansion, and delivery maturity
  • Continuously benchmark ecosystem enablement models and introduce innovations in digital learning, AI-assist tools, and community collaboration to enhance partner engagement

Requirements

  • 8 -10 years of experience in partner enablement, ecosystem development, or channel readiness in enterprise software or AI automation domains
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, process automation, or AI solution delivery
  • Demonstrated success in designing and managing global certification, training, or partner enablement programs
  • Excellent instructional design, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to measuring partner performance and competence development
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with hands-on program ownership
