Job Description:

The Partner Enablement Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support for programs that equip Nuix Partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to sell and implement Nuix platforms and solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new partners, including training partners on the Nuix Partner Program, partner portal, learning management systems and relevant resources and processes
  • Program Coordination: Organize and execute partner enablement activities such as webinars, technical training sessions, and sales enablement programs
  • Partner Program Content: Maintain and update partner enablement materials across platforms, including the partner portal and learning management systems
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with partner needs and strategic objectives
  • Performance Tracking: Collect and analyse data on partner certifications and enablement activities to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proven organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Technical proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Learning Management Systems, and partner portals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating events or training programs, preferably in a business or technology environment
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation, on-boarding checklists or knowledgebases

Nice to have:

  • Background in sales or sales support functions
  • Prior experience in partner or channel enablement within a technology-driven organization
