Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and vision
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, including market penetration strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and lead-generation programs
  • Building a predictable pipeline of joint opportunities via differentiated proposition to the customer
  • Consistently message the alliance value proposition and strategic direction internally and externally
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities through partnerships to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align partnership initiatives with customer needs and ensure smooth delivery
  • Act as a key liaison between the organization and partners, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring seamless communication
  • Own the relationship map, and drive and monitor cadence meetings, both with Partner field teams and with internal GTM & practice teams
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery) to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for partnership expansion
  • Provide regular updates on partner performance, ROI, and growth potential to senior leadership
  • Facilitate partner training programs to ensure alignment with the organization’s services, products, and solutions
  • Support partner teams in developing expertise in relevant tools, technologies, and market-specific requirements

Requirements:

  • Overall 10 years of IT experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing partnerships in the IT services or Data and Analytics services organization
  • Proven success in building and growing partnerships to drive revenue and achieve business objectives
  • Must have knowledge and connect with cloud providers in the EMEA region (Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks etc)
  • Strong understanding of Data and Analytics services, including Data Engineering, Visualization, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree with knowledge in Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have:

MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
