Job Description:

AvePoint is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to recruit, convert, and enable prospective MSP’s and VAR partners. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, building partner relationships, and other elements of the presales cycle leading to transaction and sell through to the partners customer base.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively source new prospects
Nurture, cross-sell and upsell existing MSP Partners
Collaborate with cross-functional team members in different territories to execute sales plays and strong build local relationships to drive results
Partner Sourced Revenue Target Achievement

Requirements:

7+ years previous partner management experience in the SaaS hemisphere, ideally with focus on MSPs
5+ years of previous solution sales experience
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field
Proven track record of exceeding business development, partner recruitment, and revenue generation targets
Expertise in end-to-end partner enablement and go-to-market execution
Strong ability to create and present quantified business cases with partners
Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
Exceptional communication and listening skills
must be business fluent in German & English
Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly
Entrepreneurial mindset and detail oriented
Willingness to learn
