Job Description:

As the Partner Development Executive (BNL), reporting to the Partner Development Lead, you will be responsible for the proactive recruitment, onboarding, development, and GP growth of focused publishers on the Awin network. Your role will be focused on three main areas: Strategic Publisher Development, Revenue Generation, and Network Expansion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage relationships with assigned publishers and key stakeholders
  • Research growing verticals within the Awin network and develop a pipeline of new publishers to contact and onboard to network
  • Working closely with the other Publisher Development teams, identify and seamlessly launch high-potential publishers into complementary Awin markets
  • Provide regular reporting to publishers, internal teams, and relevant customers
  • Work closely with the wider UK & European Publisher Development teams to expand publisher coverage and coordinate regional expansion and publisher optimisation projects
  • Maintain and develop standardized Partnership Development processes to be utilized across the group
  • Support the implementation and development of new reporting and operational processes
  • Support marketing teams with case studies and content creation
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with publishers, vendors and internal teams via email, phone and face-to-face
  • Coordinate and host dynamic in-office sessions that bring publishers together with client-facing teams, fostering collaboration and stronger partnerships
  • Attend in office and external meetings and events when requested

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the affiliate market Industry including various affiliate types
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or affiliate marketing is a plus
  • Strong and professional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Excel and Powerpoint and willingness to learn new technology systems
  • Fast learner with strong team orientation and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Effective relationship-builder with a confident approach to developing connections at all levels of seniority
  • Analytical skills and ability to review and interpret data to make clear data-driven business decisions
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially focused and target/results driven
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
