Job Description:

Acts as a trusted financial services adviser to Partners, driving growth by embedding HPE Financial Services (HPEFS) solutions into partner-led customer opportunities. Focuses on selling financial services that enable and enhance IT investments, including leasing and lifecycle services. Builds scalable, repeatable sales motions that accelerate pipeline, improve deal structure, and increase profitability for HPE and its Partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a trusted adviser to Partners (e.g. VARs, Distributors, SIs, ISVs, MSPs), positioning HPEFS as a strategic enabler of customer technology investment
  • Drive end-to-end HPEFS revenue, profitability, and pipeline through joint business planning and data-driven sales execution
  • Lead sell with, sell to, and sell through motions focused on financial services-led growth
  • Develop a strong understanding of Partner business models, customer investment strategies, and market trends to differentiate HPEFS
  • Structure and tailor financial solutions to meet customer and Partner needs, enabling IT transactions and achieving assigned quota
  • Coordinate HPEFS sales cadence, enablement, forecasting, marketing, and executive engagement with Partners
  • Support pipeline development by engaging directly with Partner sales teams and customers
  • Ensure Partner compliance with HPE legal, SBC, and financial governance requirements
  • May identify and develop new Partner relationships to expand HPEFS reach

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Typically 4–8+ years’ experience in sales, financial services, or partner-led commercial roles
  • Experience selling through Partners strongly preferred
  • Strong financial services and commercial acumen, including leasing, consumption, and lifecycle solutions
  • Ability to position financial services as a value multiplier to IT solutions
  • Proven sales and pipeline management capability in partner ecosystems
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of customer financial fundamentals and deal economics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate beyond standard deal structures
