Job Description:

Reputable Polish boutique law firm advising on strategic investment, infrastructure and energy projects is seeking a Senior Associate / Counsel / Partner to join its leadership team, with a clearly defined path to equity partnership. The firm is interested in candidates with deep expertise in one core practice area, with openness to cross-sector cooperation on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and advise on complex projects within their core specialisation, often involving public sector, regulatory or investment components
  • Act as a senior advisor on investment, infrastructure, energy, PPP or public procurement mandates
  • Support clients throughout the full project lifecycle – from planning and procurement through development, financing and execution
  • Contribute to the development of the firm’s investment and project-related practice, including cooperation across teams
  • Build and develop an individual client portfolio and actively participate in business development
  • Represent the firm externally in industry forums, conferences, publications and professional networks

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a recognised law firm or comparable advisory environment
  • Recognised expert in at least one of the firm’s core areas: energy/OZE, infrastructure, public procurement/PPP or real estate
  • Experience advising on investment or regulatory-driven projects
  • Brings client relationships or a credible plan to develop a book of business
  • Demonstrates a commercial, pragmatic and client-focused approach
  • Possesses strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills
  • Is based in Poland, preferably in Warsaw or another major business centre
  • Experience in project finance, investment structuring or regulatory/administrative matters will be considered a strong asset
