We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for talented people to come grow with us! We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Partner Channel Manager to join our team. The Partner Channel Manager is responsible for supporting the development of strategic and tactical sales plans to drive new and profitable revenue for Valley Fiber.
Job Responsibility:
Developing and executing strategic and tactical sales programs and plans
Channel operational support and coordination
Vendor engagement and touchpoints (weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews, etc.)
Quality assurance and in-field auditing
KPI and performance reporting development and reviews
Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors and stakeholders to increase customer subscriptions, revenue and maintain customer loyalty
Accountable for the day-to-day operational and program success of channel(s) or segment(s)
such as field (door-to-door) or MDU (multi-dwelling unit)
Requirements:
Post secondary degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent and relatable work experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, or marketing with experience in the tech industry or an ISP being an asset
Demonstrable experience managing and building positive vendors and partner relationships
Experienced driving, desired sales performance and outcomes
Experience in sales program development and execution
with ability to provide recommendations and pivot when appropriate
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Experience in KPI development, tracking, and reporting
Proficiency in MS Office is required, including Excel and PowerPoint
Valid class 5 driver’s license is required
Nice to have:
Previous sales experience is considered an asset
Experience in telecommunication sales is strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
