Job Description

We are seeking a Partner Assurance professional who will assure the performance of Vodafone Business’ strategic partners against contractual obligations and agreed service levels, ensuring high service availability and effective operational engagement. In this role, the individual will drive consistency, continuous improvement, and the ongoing maturity of partner relationships through data-led assurance, innovation, and standardised processes. They will own key elements of the governance framework that underpins strong partner relationships and a positive stakeholder experience. The role also involves developing a clear understanding of the commercial performance of partner-enabled products, identifying opportunities to maximise value, including the effective use of partner funding linked to performance, and contributing to an enhanced customer experience across Vodafone Business.

Job Responsibility

  • Assure partner performance against contractual SLAs and agreed service levels, leading corrective actions where underperformance is identified
  • Own and contribute to governance forums, service reviews, and performance discussions with strategic partners and internal stakeholders
  • Drive data-led assurance through dashboards, performance analytics, and structured reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Support continuous improvement by standardising assurance processes and championing automation and digital solutions
  • Collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams to align partner performance with strategic and customer outcomes
  • Champion automation (including appropriate use of AI agents) to streamline assurance activities

Requirements

  • Experienced in partner, supplier, or relationship performance management within a complex organisation
  • Confident working with contracts, SLAs, and governance frameworks, with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using data, dashboards, and performance insights to inform decisions and influence stakeholders
  • A collaborative communicator who can engage partners and senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Curious, improvement-focused, and motivated to enhance customer and partner outcomes through structured assurance
  • Experience using AI agents and automation
