Job Description:

Partner Associate role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Responsible for managing the entire life cycle of big events from contract signing to final closing, serving as the main point of contact between stakeholders and coordinating internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events
Main point of contact between all stakeholders
Manage other department's tasks to ensure timely delivery
Communicate product needs and process needs to HQ
Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support
Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation
On-site presence during event launches or important dates

Requirements:

Degree qualified
Project management background
1+ years in a project management role or consulting background
Fluent level of English
Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and efficient
Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty
Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams

Nice to have:

Event experience
Knowledge of other languages
Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram
Strong academic background
