The Partner Associate (Intern) has responsibility for developing and educating new and existing Partners to maximize revenue opportunity at the direction of the Regional Partner Manager, through leverage of Bentley team members and corporate resources.
Job Responsibility:
Develop a strong network of contacts with the designated Partner Organizations in assigned regions to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with Regional Partner Manager on sales programs with a primary focus on driving Partners to deliver more revenue
Collaborate with Partner Operations Team and Product Sales Organization to maximize revenue opportunity
Developing and tracking of Partner key performance indicators, as well as establishing Partner revenue targets, tiers and authorizations
Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly report on New Business Growth along with Pipeline Gap Analysis
Co-develop and maintain the business plan for tier 1 and 2 Channel Partners
Conduct Quarterly Business Review with assigned Partners and reporting the outcomes to Partner Manager
Educating Partners on Bentley Organization, Resources and Marketing content available for their business, product content and marketing
Respond to inbound enablement queries from these partners and route them to relevant Bentley colleagues
Present profitable proposals to Partners that add value to their end users and revenue streams
Remain current with Bentley products/solutions, industry trends and competitive offerings and attend all relevant training as directed by manager, completing to satisfactory standard
Recruiting of new Partners as per Bentley sales requirements, excluding acquisition partners
Assist with Partner onboarding and explain the importance of using Bentley LEARN resources, and Bentley Partner Portal
Review and approve all new regional Channel Partner appointments, documents, including contract, territory, and targets
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Nice to have:
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
