Job Description

As our next Partner Acquisition Manager for the DACH region, you won't just be signing new partners—you'll be the driving force behind building a robust and thriving channel ecosystem. You'll be at the forefront of our market expansion, directly responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-impact partners that will drive significant revenue and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. This role is a unique blend of strategic hunting and consultative enablement, where you'll see your contributions directly impact our company's trajectory and the success of our partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the full partner recruitment cycle, from initial market research to signing new partners and guiding them to their first revenue
  • Identify and evaluate high-potential companies—including agencies, consultants, IT resellers, and software companies—that would be an ideal fit for our partner program
  • Establish and develop relationships with potential partners, using a commercial teaching approach to discuss joint opportunities and create a clear go-to-market strategy
  • Drive the activation motion for new partners within a 12-month window, ensuring they are set up for success and are actively generating revenue
  • Serve as the primary liaison between new partners and internal teams, engaging key stakeholders in the Customer Organization, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure partner needs are met
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance and develop processes related to partner acquisition and growth
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast of all activity, opportunities, and revenue, providing an in-depth understanding of the market and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to conduct business in the DACH region
  • 5+ years of experience in solution channel sales and/or partner management, with a proven track record of ownership over territory and account management
  • Demonstrated experience with self-generation of a pipeline from discovery through to close
  • A proven ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems using strategic thinking
  • A track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals
  • Strong business acumen, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a high level of urgency and ownership
  • A passion for building long-lasting relationships and working cross-functionally within a diverse team

Nice to have

Prior experience in a SaaS or Marketing Technology environment is preferred
