Job Description:

With strong foundations in the DACH region, we are now expanding our reach and seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager to help solidify our position as the top player in the UK and Northern Europe.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, maintain, and strengthen partner relationships
Build a proactive partner network
Drive engagement
Ensure successful onboarding of new partners
Oversee partner business plans
Track performance and deliver insights to optimise partner growth
Address partnership challenges
Develop, implement, and oversee partner programs, training, and enablement initiatives
Identify strategic growth areas
Generate opportunities for Inside Sales Rep
Attend trade shows, partner events, and industry forums
Set realistic, data-driven targets and track progress through reports

Requirements:

Experience in IT sales, particularly in cybersecurity solutions
Understanding of partner business processes
Proven track record of successfully developing sales partners and driving growth
Confident in dealing with partners and customers at all levels
Takes ownership of success and thrives on challenges
Excels at managing multiple partnerships and setting clear priorities
Willing to travel as needed
Full UK driving license required
