Job Description:

To increase global expansion and expand brand presence, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager – Catalunya (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy. This role is based in Catalunya and can be performed from our Barcelona office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify as well as continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Catalunya
  • Oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships
  • Organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for partners, including product training, while ensuring effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program
  • Define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial development
  • Actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting solutions and strengthening brand presence
  • Create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to ensure business targets in Spain are achieved
  • Collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management internally
  • Act as a key point of contact externally, representing the company with professionalism and expertise
  • Regularly update CRM system with relevant partner and deal information

Requirements:

  • Solid IT knowledge gained through academic background, university studies, or equivalent qualification—ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services
  • At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman
  • Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Catalunya and successfully developing partners strategically and economically
  • Excellent communicator interacting confidently and professionally with partners and customers
  • Willing to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days)
  • Winning personality thriving in an international, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish, Catalan and English
  • Driven by own achievements and pursues quarterly goals with passion and accountability
  • Highly organized and knows how to prioritize tasks
