We are seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager to join our exceptional team and help us become the top player in the UK. This is a remote position based in Northern Ireland and is available for immediate start.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, maintain, and strengthen partner relationships
Build a proactive partner network and drive engagement
Ensure successful onboarding of new partners
Oversee partner business plans and track performance
Deliver insights to optimize partner growth
Address partnership challenges
Develop, implement, and oversee partner programs, training, and enablement initiatives
Identify strategic growth areas and generate opportunities for Inside Sales Rep
Stay up to date on industry trends, market changes, and partner needs
Attend trade shows, partner events, and industry forums
Set realistic, data-driven targets and track progress through reports
Requirements:
Experience in IT sales, particularly in cybersecurity solutions
Understanding of partner business processes
Proven track record of successfully developing sales partners and driving growth
Confidence in dealing with partners and customers at all levels
Ability to take ownership of success and meet/exceed quarterly targets
Ability to manage multiple partnerships and set clear priorities
Willingness to travel as needed
Full UK driving license required
