Job Description:

To accelerate global expansion and expand brand presence, we are looking for motivated Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible for the area of North Italy in Milan. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy
  • Accompany the onboarding of new partners and build successful relationships
  • Organize and supervise online training for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program
  • Conclude partner business plans and monitor successful development of sales partners and distributors
  • Participate at fairs and partner events and present solutions
  • Create relevant forecasts and define concrete measures to ensure targets in Italy are achieved
  • Work internally with teams such as Sales or Marketing
  • Represent the company externally as a personal contact person
  • Update CRM with relevant customer and deal information every week

Requirements:

  • Solid IT knowledge through education, academic studies or comparable qualification – ideally in IT security or cloud services
  • At least five years of professional experience in IT and strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes
  • Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Italy and ability to successfully develop partners strategically and economically
  • Talent for communication and competence in dealing with partners and customers
  • High willingness to travel and enjoy convincing customers and partners in presentations and negotiations
  • Winning personality and enjoy working in an international team
  • Fluent in English and Italian – both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and pursue quarterly goals with passion
  • Organizational talent and know how to set priorities
