Rockbot is looking for a Partner Account Manager to own and expand relationships across our partner ecosystem. In this role, you’ll act as the connective tissue between partners and internal teams—Sales, Product, Support, Finance, and Customer Success—ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum as partners scale their business with Rockbot.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, owning the day-to-day relationship as well as long-term account strategy
Build and strengthen partner relationships to drive consistent revenue growth and mutual success
Develop and execute partner programs, enablement initiatives, and growth plans aligned to Rockbot’s GTM strategy
Maintain accurate partner data, including account plans, contracts, renewals, leads, and active opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure partners are supported throughout the full lifecycle—from onboarding through expansion
Onboard and enable new partners, training their teams on how to position Rockbot effectively within customer solutions
Develop a strong understanding of Rockbot’s products and value proposition to support partner-led upsell and cross-sell motion
Requirements:
Experience managing technology or hardware-adjacent partners as part of a core go-to-market motion (e.g., POS systems, security systems, sensors, IoT, digital signage, or similar ecosystems)
Background in partner account management, channel sales, or business development, especially in environments where partners influence both sales and implementation
Ability to operate at both the strategic and executional level—setting direction while owning details
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity across multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with media, content, or platform-driven solutions where software and hardware work together to deliver measurable outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, partner-facing presence
Strong organizational and time-management skills
able to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Workspace, and B2B technology or media solutions
