To increase our global expansion, expand our brand presence, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager – Spain (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy. This role will be responsible for its dedicated region, and it is welcome to work in our office in Madrid or remote (Bilbao or Sevilla).
Job Responsibility:
Identify as well as continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in dedicated region of Spain
Oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships
Organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for partners, including product training, while ensuring effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program
Define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial development
Actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting solutions and strengthening brand presence
Create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to ensure business targets in Spain are achieved
Collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management internally
Act as a key point of contact externally, representing the company with professionalism and expertise
Regularly update CRM system with relevant partner and deal information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Requirements:
Solid IT knowledge gained through academic background, university studies, or equivalent qualification—ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services
At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes
Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman
Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Spain and successfully developing partners strategically and economically
Excellent communicator interacting confidently and professionally with partners and customers
Willing to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days)
Winning personality thriving in an international, fast-paced environment
Excellent knowledge in Spanish and at least a B2 level of English, both spoken and written
Driven by own achievements and pursues quarterly goals with passion and accountability
Highly organized and knows how to prioritize tasks
