Job Description

To accelerate our global expansion, expand our brand presence, we are looking for motivated Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to as soon as possible in Bogota (Colombia) for the SOLA region. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy. Please note: This will be a contract employment.

Job Responsibility

  • You will identify as well as continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in SOLA region
  • You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships
  • You will organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, while ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program
  • You will define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial development
  • You will actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting our solutions and strengthening brand presence
  • You will create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to ensure business targets in SOLA region are achieved
  • Internally, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. Externally, you will act as a key point of contact, representing the company with professionalism and expertise
  • You will regularly update our CRM system with the relevant partner and deal with information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting

Requirements

  • You have a solid IT knowledge through your education, your academic studies or a comparable qualification – ideally in the area of IT security or cloud services
  • You have at least five years of professional experience in the field of IT and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes
  • Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within MSPs and MSSP in SOLA region will be considered a strong asset for this role
  • You have relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in LATAM and have been able to successfully develop partners strategically and economically
  • You have a talent for communication and are competent and confident in dealing with partners and customers
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, and Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex Partners or end users’ environments involving multiple stakeholders
  • You offer a high willingness to travel and enjoy convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity Services in presentations and negotiations
  • You will convince customers with your winning personality and enjoy working in an international team
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish – both written and verbal
  • You motivate yourself with your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals with passion
  • You are an organizational talent and know how to set priorities in favor of the Hornetsecurity Group

Nice to have

Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within MSPs and MSSP in SOLA region will be considered a strong asset for this role
