To accelerate our global expansion, expand our brand presence, we are looking for motivated Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to as soon as possible in Bogota (Colombia) for the SOLA region. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.
Job Responsibility:
Identify as well as continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in SOLA region
Oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships
Organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for partners, including product training
Ensure effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program
Define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth
Actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting solutions and strengthening brand presence
Create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to ensure business targets in SOLA region are achieved
Collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
Act as a key point of contact, representing the company with professionalism and expertise
Regularly update CRM system with relevant partner and deal information
Requirements:
Solid IT knowledge through education, academic studies or comparable qualification – ideally in IT security or cloud services
At least five years of professional experience in IT and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes
Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within MSPs and MSSP in SOLA region
Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in LATAM and successfully developing partners strategically and economically
Talent for communication and competence in dealing with partners and customers
Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, and Miller Heiman
High willingness to travel
Fluent in English and Spanish – both written and verbal
Organizational talent and ability to set priorities
Nice to have:
Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within MSPs and MSSP in SOLA region
Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, and Miller Heiman
