We are seeking a highly driven, relationship-oriented Partnerships Account Manager to support and scale one of Tines’ most critical strategic partnerships. This role is deeply embedded in deal execution, cross-functional alignment, and long-term partnership growth. The ideal candidate brings an “all-in” mindset, thrives in fast-moving environments, and excels at navigating complex internal organizations to keep deals moving forward. This position requires strong executive presence, exceptional internal relationship management, and the ability to operate seamlessly across sales, operations, legal, marketing, and leadership teams—both internally and externally.
Job Responsibility:
Support and scale one of Tines’ most critical strategic partnerships
Deeply embedded in deal execution, cross-functional alignment, and long-term partnership growth
Navigate complex internal organizations to keep deals moving forward
Operate seamlessly across sales, operations, legal, marketing, and leadership teams—both internally and externally
Develop a clear strategy and plan with clear goals and milestones to maximize the return and shared customer impact for the partnership
Pivot on the fly as deals come in, where operational heavy activities play role
Continuously improve the current partnership (enablements, process, marketing, executive alignment, building strategies)
Build relationships with partnership leaders
Present the Tines value prop to large teams
Activities range from hunting down pricing approvals, creating decks on the fly, getting proposals approved, enablement activities, marketing activities, and all around internal sales within Tines.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in partner/channel sales within a B2B software or SaaS company
Proven experience growing partner ecosystems and driving measurable revenue growth
Strong initiative—comfortable building new processes and “paving the road” in ambiguous or undefined environments
Ability to flex, pivot, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth scale-up culture
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of partner economic models
Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%)
Experience with executive writing, speaking, communication, and presentation skills– small and large group presentations
Self sufficient organizationally, working with decks, data and documents to a senior executive standard
Proficient in Salesforce.com
Experience in creating business development plans and tracking key performance indicators rigorously
