Job Responsibility

  • Gewinnen, betreuen und entwickeln eines Netzwerks an Vertriebspartnern in der Schweiz
  • Begleiten des Onboardings von neuen Partnern und Aufbau einer erfolgreichen Beziehung
  • Organisieren und betreuen der Online- und Präsenzschulungen für Vertriebspartner und Umsetzung des Hornetsecurity Partnerprogramms
  • Abschließen von Partner Business Plänen und Überwachung der erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung der betreuten Vertriebspartner
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Partnerveranstaltungen und Präsentation der Lösungen
  • Erstellen von relevanten Forecasts und Definieren konkreter Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung
  • Interne Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebs-, Marketing- und technischen Teams
  • Außenvertretung des Unternehmens als persönlicher Ansprechpartner

Requirements

  • Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit solides IT-Knowhow, idealerweise aus dem Bereich IT-Security oder Cloud Services
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT oder technischer Anwendungen und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe IT-Lösungen und betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse
  • Einschlägige Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Vertriebspartnern in der Vertriebsregion Schweiz und erfolgreiche strategische und wirtschaftliche Weiterentwicklung von Partnern
  • Kommunikationstalent und kompetentes, sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Partnern und Kunden – sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer und französischer Sprache
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Spaß daran, Kunden und Partner in Präsentationen und Verhandlungen von den Hornetsecurity Services zu überzeugen
