Job Responsibility

  • Sparring partner for management teams and CFOs of our international subsidiaries
  • Responsibility for reporting and analysis of the monthly,quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitoring of KPIs, budget adherence and performance management- together with the controlling team and regional finance responsible persons
  • Coordination and steering of the annual budget process as well as the forecasts for the entire group
  • Undertaking project tasks for special topics and strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in operational and participation controlling of an internationally operating company
  • Deep understanding of modern controlling methods, tools, and KPI systems
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and strong numerical aptitude
  • Experience with reporting and planning systems such as HFM, Tagetik
