Job Responsibility:
Sparring partner for management teams and CFOs of our international subsidiaries
Responsibility for reporting and analysis of the monthly,quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitoring of KPIs, budget adherence and performance management- together with the controlling team and regional finance responsible persons
Coordination and steering of the annual budget process as well as the forecasts for the entire group
Undertaking project tasks for special topics and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
Completed degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience in operational and participation controlling of an internationally operating company
Deep understanding of modern controlling methods, tools, and KPI systems
Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and strong numerical aptitude
Experience with reporting and planning systems such as HFM, Tagetik
