Job Description:

The Partials Operations Specialist provides integral operational support to the Partials Team, contributing directly to the continued growth of this mode within Arrive.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage daily operations for the Partials Team, offering support to the Partial Pricing Analyst and the Senior Partials Manager
  • Utilize internal tools for updating and tracking shipments
  • Field incoming calls from carriers, ensuring proper vetting and assisting with new contract setup
  • Facilitate the load booking process for current partial carriers, playing a pivotal role in the ongoing expansion of the Partial Mode
  • Support the team in establishing new carrier capacity by identifying new opportunities for existing business
  • Accurately enter and update information within ArriveNOW
  • Maintain robust service metrics while assisting current carrier representatives in business development
  • Establish a strong foundation to support the team in pricing partial opportunities
  • Assist the team in identifying proprietary business suitable for conversion to partials

Requirements:

  • Minimum of six months of experience in the logistics sector
  • High School Diploma required, a college degree is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
