Job Responsibility

Checks employee ID badges to control facility access and logs visitors/contractors
Monitors facilities CCTV, fire/burglar, and access control systems
Answers and transfers internal/external phone calls as part of Front Desk procedures
Conducts daily and monthly audits and facility inspections (i.e. compliance audits, safety/security checklists, etc.)
Responsible for initiating internal/external investigations based off daily inspections findings and/or information received from other sources
Secures facility during non-operational hours
Provides after-hour security service/surveillance (walk and/or monitor associates to their automobile, etc.) to associates in times of need
Responsible for overseeing incident/injury reporting and applies first aid in times of need
Tracking and monitoring all damaged, pilfered carton reports
Responsible for initiating and controlling Emergency Response
