Job Description

We are looking for a Part Time Warehouse Operative (known internally as Vault Operative) to support our drivers in loading and distribution of cash throughout our branch network.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist management team in day-to-day operation of the branch
  • support with fleet of security armoured vehicles
  • collate deliveries and collections
  • load and unload customers' money
  • provide effective communication chain between branch management and road crew
  • liaise and communicate with customers on service and operational requirements
  • comply with all vault and dispatch procedures and systems
  • monitor standard of documentation and issue of security equipment

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service and a high degree of professionalism
  • ability to adhere to policies and procedures
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • eye for detail and a 'can do' attitude
  • ability to operate within a secure working environment
  • must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
