Job Responsibility

Independently lead and facilitate active collaboration with strategists, researchers, product leaders, legal, regulatory, medical, labs, and the respective Experience Design team members to produce deliverables that scale across journeys and platforms, with minimal guidance
Support a team of designers, providing informal coaching, feedback, and direction to help them do their best work on a project
Research and stay up-to-date to help support the adoption of the enterprise-wide design best- practices, standards, principles, and the usage of AI into your daily practice
