This part-time position is ideal for a reliable and personable professional interested in managing tenant needs and day-to-day activities within an affordable housing community.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary contact for tenants, handling service requests and inquiries
  • Process rent payments and reminders
  • Schedule and monitor maintenance and repairs
  • Support leasing and move-in processes as needed
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and documentation
  • Assist with on-site inspections and compliance reviews

Requirements

  • Experience in property management, leasing, or affordable housing (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus
