Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Temporary File Clerk to support a local team with administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems
  • Retrieve, sort, and file documents as needed
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping
  • Assist in scanning, copying, and uploading documents
  • Follow confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information
  • Support other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
