Job Description:

As a Swim Instructor, you are the face of the Goldfish curriculum. You'll help children become confident in the water while ensuring a safe, fun, and 'Golden' experience for every family.

Job Responsibility:

  • Teach & Inspire: Provide high-quality swim instruction based on our proven curriculum.
  • Safety First: Enforce pool rules, prevent accidents, and maintain a safe environment.
  • Communicate: Act as a brand ambassador, giving parents regular updates on their child's progress and 'small wins.'
  • Problem Solve: Use creativity to help students overcome fears and reach their milestones.
  • Maintain Excellence: Ensure the pool area and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for class.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Non required. If you love working with kids, we will train you!
  • Background: Previous experience as a lifeguard, youth coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to pass a background check.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
