Job Description:

We are currently working with a well-established client based in Cirencester who is looking to recruit a Part-Time Supply Chain Assistant to support their Supply Chain team. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone at the early stages of their career, a graduate or college leaver, or an individual seeking a flexible, office-based administrative role. Previous supply chain or logistics experience is not required, as full training will be provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the supply chain team with general administration
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Helping with order processing and supplier communication
  • Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Coordinating general office and support tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Can work independently while also being a strong team player
