We are currently working with a well-established client based in Cirencester who is looking to recruit a Part-Time Supply Chain Assistant to support their Supply Chain team. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone at the early stages of their career, a graduate or college leaver, or an individual seeking a flexible, office-based administrative role. Previous supply chain or logistics experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the supply chain team with general administration
Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Helping with order processing and supplier communication
Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
Coordinating general office and support tasks as required
Requirements:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Can work independently while also being a strong team player
