Our Part Time Store Associate - Merrell, team strives to create amazing experiences for our consumers, every hour, every day. As the face of our brands and company, our teams directly engage our consumers and help them make the perfect purchase. In this service-oriented position, our teams aim to be the best at what they do, while having fun at work and having a passion for our brands. Throughout our 100 specialty and outlet stores, our highly motivated teams are fully knowledgeable about store products and policies, handle store operations and ensure the store looks Grand Opening-ready for every customer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics
  • Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships
  • Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures
  • Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data
