The primary responsibilities of the Sales Associate position are to maintain outstanding customer service, generate sales, merchandise product, own assigned departments and support the store management team. The Key Carrier is responsible for the overall direction of store associates and coordination of store operations in the absence of the Store or Assistant Management staff.
