unicrew is looking for a part-time Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager to manage and grow our social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and supporting channels Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. This role is based in Lviv and requires regular visits to our Lviv office for content production (photos, short videos, team and office content). All content is in English.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage unicrew’s social media pages LinkedIn (primary), Facebook, Instagram, and Threads
Build and maintain a content strategy and content calendar (topics, rubrics, posting plan)
Publish content regularly in English (B2B, IT, expertise, culture, hiring, events)
Prepare visuals (Canva or coordination with design support when needed)
Plan and support short-form video content (reels/short clips)
Visit the Lviv office regularly for content production (photos, short videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes materials)
Manage basic community engagement (reply to comments and messages in English, maintain professional tone)
Track performance and iterate (analytics, insights, monthly summary, content experiments to improve engagement and reach)
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content inputs (team, leadership, delivery, recruitment)
Requirements:
Experience managing social media for a company or brand (preferably B2B)
Strong English writing skills (clear, structured, audience-oriented)
Strong understanding of LinkedIn / Facebook content formats and growth mechanics
Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on a schedule
Ability to produce content on-site in Lviv (regular office visits)
Portfolio or examples of social media work (links or screenshots)
Nice to have:
Experience with IT services / outsourcing / software development brands
Experience with employer branding and recruiting-related content
Basic photo/video shooting and editing skills (mobile tools are fine)
Experience with scheduling/analytics tools (Buffer/Hootsuite/Meta tools, etc.)
Ability to support simple design tasks and templates in Canva
