• Guest service on gaming floor
• assisting with basic gaming machine functions
• detailed paperwork
• accurate data entry
• money counting
• maintaining excellent guest services
• assisting guests through Player's Club membership process
• greeting guests and team members
• assisting with guest questions regarding promotions, events, etc.
• distributing Player's Club membership forms
• checking in and out keys and radio
• ensuring gaming machines are operational
• clearing bill jams and paper issues
• accounting and verifying monetary items and documentation
• performing duties in compliance with company policies and regulations
• maintaining departmental logs

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Guest Services experience preferred, however not required
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Read, write legibly, and speak the English language

• Must be able to communicate and make announcements over the intercom system
