Our Leeds branch is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team. Hours: 16 hours per week, including Saturday & Sunday shifts. This is a part-time position and could be undertaken as part of a job share agreement. As a Shift Manager at Loomis, you will play a key role in ensuring the branch runs efficiently, your team are motivated and supported and our customers have the best service delivery. Job Responsibility:
Ensure the branch runs efficiently
Motivate and support the team
Ensure customers have the best service delivery
Manage the day-to-day operational performance
Responsible for the planning and control of the operation
Ensure delivery of outstanding service, operational excellence and to exceed financial targets
Champion the 'Customer First' approach through product knowledge & understanding of the range of Loomis solutions
Appreciate customer requirements and quality standards
Be available for out-of-hour alarm response on a varying roster basis as a key holder
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Shift Manager (or similar level)
Strong leadership skills
Confident communicator
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Exceptional customer and commercial focus
Ability to continuously review performance and professionally deliver customer satisfaction
Prior experience of direct customer management and liaison
Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills
Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
Must have verifiable 10-year employment/unemployment/educational history
