Job Responsibility

Share responsibility for the recruitment of international students and actively assist the team to achieve
Proactively plan and execute recruitment and marketing activities (both online & offline) to promote our services and in turn help to achieve targets
Deal with student enquiries and provide professional consultation services to students
Liaise with universities and students to track students’ applications, arrange interviews, and field any general or specific enquiries as well as advocate on behalf of students
Visit students off-site for counselling and information sessions, distribute leaflets, take part in and off-site recruitment events such as education fairs, university interviews, open days and other relevant recruitment events
Be available for ad hoc and regular company training where necessary and be prepared to deliver information sessions at regular company meetings. Also be available for university information sessions and familiarisation trips
Maintain good communication with colleagues and keep the centre manager informed of application statuses or problems
From time-to-time undertake other relevant tasks as requested by the centre manager or the company

A recent life science graduate with some customer service experience in a part-time role whilst studying will be fully considered
this could be from working in retail, telesales, tele-business, customer service where there has been client/customer B2C interaction
Previous experience as a full-time Customer Service Advisor and Customer Support Representative role with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of service and experience for customers is ideal
You will have an excellent telephone manner, and be a great problem solver
A scientific background by education or experience working in a laboratory would be ideal but not a prerequisite

Job Responsibility

Working as part of a team of Customer Support Advisors, monitor the central e-mail boxes with incoming enquiries (sales, export, service, general product enquiries)
Create and provide quotations to customers on the SAP business system (both UK and export)
Create opportunities for all quotations on the SAP business system
Administer customer orders on the SAP business system including web order verification. These must be done so with extra care on accuracy (right parts, right quantity, right account, right prices)
Send pro-forma invoices for payment
Resolve customer queries and complaints and log the details on the SAP business system
Chase deliveries from suppliers when required
Liaise with freight forwarders to confirm delivery of goods
Provide support to the field sales team as required
Answer and respond to telephone calls within the set targets
