Job Description

The Server is based out of The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, TX and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items
  • Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests
  • Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features
  • Takes food orders if needed, making note of any special needs
  • Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service
  • Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked
  • Secures payment for food and beverage orders
  • Ends each order by sincerely thanking the guest
  • Serves quality food product
  • Provides outstanding customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be available to work an irregular schedule
  • Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
