Temporary role until April 2026 | 18.5 hours per week (flexible on days). You'll be part of the SEND and Inclusion team - an experienced, passionate group who work together to ensure everyone accessing the service receives the right support to help them achieve their goals.
Job Responsibility:
Working closely with the SEND & Inclusion Manager and Specialists to coordinate the admissions and support process for students
Logging support applications and accurately maintaining records
Booking assessments, arranging appointments and communicating with applicants via phone, text and email
Setting up learning sessions for students
Liaising with curriculum teams, parents, and faculty administrators to support assessment sessions and student needs
Ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience, preferably in an education, support, or customer-facing role
Strong IT skills - confident using MIS/databases and standard Microsoft systems
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
A flexible, positive approach and the ability to work independently when needed
