Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a thriving organisation known for its high standards and commitment to quality. As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day sales operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering the telephone & responding to email enquiries
  • Liaising with the factory and colleagues on orders
  • Raising invoices
  • Processing sales orders & delivery notes
  • Processing credit notes and collections
  • Exporting documentation and updating schedules
  • Entering customer correspondence onto the system
  • Inputting new customers onto Sage
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Dealing with technical queries (ongoing training provided)
  • Arranging freight and liaising with customers on freight costs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
