Job Description

Edge Sports Global is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team for the upcoming skating season! As a Rink Attendant, at The Daly Ice Rink you’ll be the welcoming face of the facility—overseeing public skating sessions, private rentals, and special events. You’ll help ensure a safe, fun, and well-organized environment for guests of all ages.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee attendance, safety, and crowd control during public skating sessions and private events
  • Provide excellent customer service—greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with phone inquiries
  • Operate a cashless point-of-sale register for concessions and skate rentals
  • Rent, fit, and maintain rental skates, including skate sharpening
  • Enforce rink rules and ensure guest compliance in a friendly but professional manner
  • Assist with concession stand operations (snacks, drinks, etc.)
  • Keep the facility clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Support event setup and breakdown as needed

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with the public and handling customer concerns
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to safety
  • Previous experience in customer service, recreation, or hospitality is a plus
  • Ability to skate is helpful but not required (training provided)
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Comfort with registers and digital payment systems is required
